Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a one-on-one session between a patient and a licensed mental health professional. It provides a private, supportive space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while working toward personal growth and improved well-being.

During therapy, patients can:

  • Gain insight into patterns that may be affecting their lives

  • Learn healthy coping skills and strategies

  • Work through stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions

  • Improve communication, relationships, and self-understanding

Each session is tailored to the patient's unique needs, goals, and pace. Individual therapy helps individuals build resilience, develop healthier responses to challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

All individual therapy sessions are 1-hour appointments.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a supportive and structured form of counseling designed to help partners improve communication, strengthen their connection, and navigate challenges together. In a safe and neutral environment, couples work with a trained mental health professional to better understand each other’s needs, perspectives, and emotions.

Couples therapy can help partners:

  • Improve communication and conflict-resolution skills

  • Rebuild trust and strengthen emotional closeness

  • Navigate life transitions or stressful events

  • Address recurring conflicts or patterns in the relationship

  • Deepen understanding, respect, and partnership

Each session focuses on promoting healthier interactions, increasing empathy, and fostering a stronger, more fulfilling relationship. Couples therapy is beneficial for any relationship—whether partners are working through challenges or simply looking to build a healthier foundation together.

All couples therapy sessions are 1-hour appointments.

Family Therapy

Family therapy focuses on improving communication, strengthening relationships, and creating healthier interaction patterns within a family system. In these sessions, a trained mental health professional works with family members together to address conflicts, support one another, and understand how each person’s experiences may impact the family as a whole.

Family therapy can help with:

  • Improving communication and reducing conflict

  • Navigating major life changes or stressors

  • Addressing behavioral or emotional concerns

  • Strengthening bonds and understanding between family members

  • Developing healthier problem-solving and coping strategies

The goal of family therapy is to create a supportive environment where everyone feels heard and understood. By working together, families can build stronger connections and develop tools that promote long-term harmony and resilience.

All family therapy sessions are 1-hour appointments.

Anxiety Treatment

Anxiety treatment focuses on helping individuals understand their symptoms, reduce distress, and regain a sense of calm and control in their daily lives. Through evidence-based approaches, patients work with a licensed mental health professional to explore the underlying causes of anxiety and develop practical, effective strategies for managing it.

Anxiety treatment may include:

  • Therapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, or supportive therapy

  • Identifying triggers and learning healthier ways to respond to stress

  • Building coping skills to manage worry, tension, and physical symptoms

  • Developing long-term tools that support emotional resilience and stability

Treatment is tailored to each individual, helping them gain confidence, reduce symptoms, and improve their overall quality of life. With the right support, most people find that their anxiety becomes much more manageable and less disruptive.

All anxiety treatment sessions are 1-hour appointments.

Depression Treatment

Depression treatment focuses on helping individuals understand their symptoms, improve their mood, and restore a sense of hope and balance in their lives. Working with a licensed mental health professional, patients receive compassionate support and evidence-based care tailored to their unique needs and experiences.

Depression treatment may include:

  • Therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy, or supportive therapy

  • Identifying patterns that contribute to low mood and learning healthier ways to manage them

  • Building coping skills to handle stress, negative thoughts, and emotional challenges

  • Strengthening daily functioning and improving motivation, energy, and overall well-being

With personalized care, patients can better understand their emotions, develop effective strategies for managing symptoms, and work toward meaningful and lasting improvement. Treatment provides a supportive environment where individuals can reclaim a greater sense of stability, connection, and purpose.

All depression treatment sessions are 1-hour appointments.

Trauma Therapy

Trauma therapy is designed to help individuals process distressing or overwhelming experiences in a safe, supportive environment. Working with a trained mental health professional, patients learn to understand how past events may be affecting their emotions, thoughts, and daily life, and develop healthier ways to heal and move forward.

Trauma therapy can help individuals:

  • Understand and reduce symptoms related to trauma, such as anxiety, nightmares, or hypervigilance

  • Process painful memories at a safe and manageable pace

  • Develop coping skills to manage emotional triggers and stress

  • Strengthen their sense of safety, control, and self-worth

  • Rebuild trust in themselves and others

Therapy may include evidence-based approaches—such as trauma-focused CBT, EMDR, grounding techniques, or mindfulness strategies—tailored to each individual’s needs. The goal of trauma therapy is to support healing, foster resilience, and help individuals reclaim stability and peace in their lives.

All trauma therapy sessions are 1-hour appointments.
